Suddenly I got all determined to go on a diet and well hopefully it goes well this time. it has been gg well for 2 days! I must be as determined as last time! Acty I don't know why I can be so determined/stubborn in exercising but eating is just diff:/ sigh how did I do it last time haha. Okay anw must post what I ate the last 2 days cos I'm really proud of it!
Mon:
Brekkie: 2 half boiled eggs, kaya toast and coffee
Lunch: yong Tau foo without the rice/noodles
Tea: apple
Dinner: salad! And yoghurt:)
Tues:
Brekkie: 2 half boiled eggs, I char siew bao, Milo
Lunch: apple and ddm bread with sausage stick and coffee
Dinner: salad! And yoghurt hehe
I am trying to follow the eat like queen for breakfast,commoner for lunch and beggar for dinner principle LOL
