77 - Spreading the Dancing Joy

I took my friend/fellow instructor out to a belly dance event tonight. She enjoyed it, although she had to step out of her comfort level to do so. If I had my way, every woman would take at least one six- or eight-week session. Belly dance has a fantastic way of making you fall in love with your own body. It was great to see her enjoying herself and putting herself out there. Left me with a smile all night!
