A text requesting she be at the hospital to welcome a new arrival hadn't been what Cassidy expected. But she didn't mind it if she could help someone settle in a bit. The waking up in a new world was alarming.
The doctor in charge had given her a 3STP to give him and told her the room number and that his name was Mithos. So here she was outside the room and knocking gently on the door to see if he had arrived. She would never just barge in if she could help it.
"Hello?" she called, furry ears perked to listen for any sound.
