Laws and whatnot
This here post is for a gathering of all the Local Laws, where ever you live/will be drawing.
For those in Stonnington, Victoria, Australia, I have already gone to my town hall and unfortunately pavement art is not allowed. A flat out NO. However this kind of means I've been a criminal repeat offender scince age 5 so....
Anyway, after being rejected at the Town Hall I decided to look into the laws in the Inner City Of Melbourne and found we could do this with a busking licence. It will cost $20 and there are safety meeting things and a lot of trouble to get a licence (not that that will stop me ;P)
