Bookish meme
Yeah, I got yet another meme from 
shadowomega! Thank you Vee! But this one is for BOOKS!! My favourite things in the whole wide world (with the exception of BoB, Adam, and Darky of course)! Seriously though, "Book" was my first word.
1. Choose five of your all time favorite books.
2. Take the first sentence of the first chapter and make a list in your journal.
3. Don't reveal the author or the title of the book.
4. Now everyone try and guess.
Here they are (in no particular order):
1. Aragorn sped on up the hill. (well, that's pertty sad...)
2. I have been afraid of putting air in a tire ever since I saw a tractor tire blow up and throw Newt Harbine's father over the top of the Standard Oil sign.
3. She says she didn't mean to.
4. I guess the whole mess started around my birthday.
5. The men of Easy Company, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, US Army, came from different backgrounds, different parts of the country. (again, pretty obvious...)
This list is lacking though. I would have Dracula in there, but Darky still has my copy.
