Just a bunch of randomness because I'm tired and tearful. I found out this morning that one of the residents at the home that I was especially fond of died yesterday very unexpectedly. Goodbye Queen Mum (our nick-name for her). Give 'em hell and enjoy your cake.
I'm beginning to think my body needs the second shift life. I get up at 5:15, leave for work at 6:30 and get home at 5. I'm incredibly sleepy from 11 to 3 or so, but when I get home I've gotten my second wind. If I sit down in the recliner, I'll fall asleep, then wake up when it's time to go to bed, and then it takes me a while to fall asleep. At the home I got up naturally by 7 and fell asleep about 12:30. I wasn't as tired. But then, I was on the move from 3 - 11.
Saturday I'm off to buy 400 pounds of dog food. Don't get excited, that's only 13 bags which will last about 5 months. Depends on how many dogs I get in between over the next few months.
The key cap for my enter key has come off. What's the easiest way to re-attach it?
Beachdog-have they gotten all of the dolphins back out to sea? I read a story today that they're getting stranded off of the Cape during low tide.
Off to mentally compose a letter of condolence to Queen Mum's daughter and then bed.
