[It's been over a week, and so the ponies are awake, and updated! ... Minus a few of their pony friends. when the video turns on, Fluttershy is in the center...

W-well... My friends I went to Canterlot, for the Grand Galloping Gala... it's the most exclusive and famous party there is, and it's everypony's dream to go... I wanted to meet all of the animals in the gardens... b-b-but... I got frustrated when they wouldn't come near me... I kept trying to be my friend, but they kept running away, so I...
... lost my temper...
[putting that EXTREMELY mildly.]

It's natural to become frustrated about something.

I got so frustrated that I began trying to trap them... then I chased them... then I screamed at them and ranted at them... and I wound up crashing the gala when the animals stampeded inside to try and get away from me...

It was so awful of me... I'm so used to animals liking me that I just lost my temper when these ones didn't... I swear I only wanted to be their friends...

I understand. [Looks down.] It can be frustrating when things don't progress the way you're used to, and you feel that forces are working against you to keep you from moving ahead.
Those animals have different personalities, different behaviors. For them, they were probably unsure of who you were, and what your intentions were.
Your intentions were good, but your method was flawed. What matters here is that you've learned from your mistake, and you have grown as a person.
[Shadow feels a little like he's talking to himself here, too... at least in part.] I too know what it's like to strive for something and lose it all too quickly. As long as you acknowledge that you were wrong, you have the chance to repair the damage dealt.

You really think so...? I mean, I know I was wrong... I wish I could apologize to them, but I might wind up scaring them again...
But... that's very nice of you to say...

... you can't fix everything.

I guess not...
[Then, more to herself than to him, but he can still hear.]
I wonder if Alois felt this way...
[then back to shadow on purpose.]
... Thank you very much for trying to help me...
