nawlins, you hotard
holy crap. what a week. that was one of the best vacations ive ever been on. so much fun. im just gonna start here. hilights from the trip:
thursday: my family and i went down to new orleans on thursday night. it was my little sisters birthday. my sister picked us up at the airport. so, we went to taco tico and had a little birthday party. it was really cool being back at a taco tico. i missed it so much. it tasted just like it used to. so great. then, our older sister took us to the hotel. beautiful. we walked bourbon street for a bit. saw some boobies. pretty cool. then headed back. cant wait till im twenty-one.
friday: woke up early and ate our extravagant breakfast, which turned out to be bagels and cereal. the rents thought it would be bacon, eggs, the works. oh well. im cool with it. that night we went on our older sisters vampire tour. she did really well. she said she didnt, but i enjoyed it.
saturday: went to the oak aley plantation. absolutely beautiful. those were some of the coolest trees ive ever seen. our tour guide was really cute. kinda remimded me of charley kraft. i hugged her when i gave her a tip. we went to our older sisters house to check it out. very nice. the older sister took us to a really nice restaurant. that was awesome. went to the older sisters ghost tour that night. very enjoyable. even better than the vampire tour. awesome. now, after the ghost tour, we headed back to her house. there were a bunch of people there and we all ended up playing trivial pursuit. couple beers. cool cool. her lesbian roommate was pretty drunk, so that was pretty fun. yes, i hit on and was hit on by a lesbian. good times. didnt end up getting to sleep until three. i ended up sleeping on a futon in a room with some weird dude that my sister wasnt exactly comfortable with. it was cool though. i dont know if she understood how happy me and my sister were to be at her house, but it was really cool. we both appreciated it a lot. it was so much fun. it meant a lot that you wanted to have us over and wanted it to be so perfect. thank you.
sunday: got back from the older sisters. ate alligator. went to the french market. that was really cool. got to dicker, as my dad would say, with some of the sales people. i saved at least twenty dollars by dickering. however, i think i insulted a japanese womans entire culture. hehe. bought some good stuff. ate at deanies, its a fish place. i had the red fish. awesome. bourbon street that night.
monday: two words: swamp tour. that was so amazing. it was absolutely beautiful. i got hold an alligator. we saw up near fifteen or more alligators, four racoons, a bunch of birds native to the swamp, a soft shell turtle, and some of the most beautiful scenery ive ever seen in my life. amazing. then, more souvenir shopping. ate pizza at the mall. we did that on friday too. went down to cafe du monde and had some of the world famous beinettes. really good. back to the french market for a few more things i had to pick up. then we went to a wax museum, musee conti, and learned the history of nawlins. that was pretty cool. kinda boring. oh well. that night had a famous yo mamas burger and krystal burger fries. another good meal. right after we finished eating, the fire alarm started going off. i was in the bathroom. it spooked the little sis pretty good. she booked for the streets. mom and dad both used the bathroom before we went out. it ended up being a false alarm. its cool though, a little extra drama. so, we ended up walking canal street looking for some extra souvenirs. that was fun too.
tuesday: also known as today. got up and flew home. on the way back, little sis started to snap just a bit, but she took a nap and was much better. got to UofL and my car was there to greet me. shes quite pretty. i like her a lot.
the bus line that did the tours for oak alley and the swamp was called hotard. we had some really good laughs and jokes about that. also, we got stickers saying grayline tours for each of the tours. so, we kept these stickers and put them on each others backs or butts or whatever so that they couldnt tell that it had been done. it was one of the things that i will remember most about this trip. it may not sound like much, but it was one of the most exciting and funny things. it also kinda brought us together to an extent. i dont know, i cant really explain it. oh well.
anyways, thats about it. wait, about it. that is a lot of stuff. we were moving the entire time we were there. it was unreal. my heels hurt so badly. it was so much funn. i made that with two ns just to try to express how much extra fun it was. that means a lot.
the cool thing about this trip was that my sister and i didnt piss my mom off. not really even once. it was amazing. in vegas, we ruined it. florida, too. but not here. not this time. it was great. the older sister too. she was a really impressive tour guide/sister. i had fun. that is all i can say right now. it was a great time. we had laughter, drama, nudity, alcohol, excitement, beauty, suspense, pretty much anything. it was great. well, i think thats it for now, as if its not long enough. im working right now, so i guess i will talk to you later. be good until i hear from you again. peace.
