i can't feel a thing, the pins and needles sing.
i went down to portland last night with noelle and brandon.
we saw therefore i am, as tall as lions and the receiving end of sirens.
oh, and sparks the rescue.
therefore i am was really really good. i've never heard them before. as tall as lions was really really good too, i need to listen to them more.
the receiving end of sirens was AMAZING. they played quite a few older stuff as well as some new stuff.
the songs they did were the war of all against all, venona(which they said they've only played once before), this armistice(in a 2-song encore), planning a prison break(duh), broadcast quality, swallow people whole, smoke and mirrors, saturnus, pale blue dot, stay small(the other song in the encore). i think that's all of them. i haven't been that deaf in a while, it was nice. i lost my voice too. i was in front of the guitarists(i don't know his name) BUT LYKE OMG HE TOTALLY STARED AT ME LYKE THREE TIMES AND HE LYKE TOTALLY SMILED AT ME TOO!!11!11 OMG!! haha yeah... it was a lot of fun, even though i had to put up with sparks for about 20 minutes. after seeing them i want to get "some how, for now, this skin will have to do" tattooed on me even more. i miss going to shows and not being irritated the whole time. i'm glad last night wasn't like that.
but anyway, i'm in a considerably better mood than i was last time i wrote in here, which is nice.
