The nicest thing your folks, or whoever raised you ever did was NOT say the following phrase "At some point in your life, someone you care deeply for is going to be hurt badly and there is nothing you can do about it."

Bourbon is not a coping mechanism, but it does help with repression. Just remember at some point you will end up balled up on the bathroom floor. It can help with the timing of the onset of being balled up on the bathroom floor. OH, and it's tasty.

Weds was Vets day. Even if you think soldiers are baby eating baby rapers. Veterans days was originally Armistice Day. So fuck you if you didn't thank one. Think of thanking a soldier on Veteran's day as thanking your relative (or someone you knew) for their sacrifice. If someone saw combat they sacrificed something. Suck up your opinion of the leaders who decided to deploy people to the combat, and say thanks.

Fuck Daylight Savings. It was originally called 'war time'. It helped dick and all after the war and only exists to fuck with my internal clock. It was cancelled after WWI. Fuck the Uniformed Time Act and Fuck the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Fuck them with fire.

Getting a tattoo feels like getting a tattoo, it's just one of those things. I can't think of anything it feels 'like'. Once you have it until it heals it feels like a sunburn.

Remember in the 70s there were no one hit wonders. Then in the 80s there were dozens. Since then there are like only a few non-one hit wonders. Fuck new music. Except like the 12 bands I like that are less then 20 years old, yours still suck. Unless you think I'd like them, then tell me.

Personal request. Hospital visits aren't a contest, you don't get to carve notches on your headboard like
fucking Pam Grier or Deborah Harry. Being in the ICU doesn't give you more cred, nor does being in the SICU. Cut this shit out people. No more hospitals for the rest of the year, go fuck an ageing sex symbol instead.
