Not too much to report.
I've starting watching the kiddos for the summer- and yesterday I watched some new ones- hopefully they'll be calling me more. The boys were almost 8 mths, 4 and 6- so that made for a fun afternoon. I discovered that taking care of a baby really isn't too bad- but then again he was a pretty mild-mannered one. The only thing that wasn't too cool is that I had to feed him some nasty baby food peas that of course got all over me, and the oldest one kept disappearing and going next door- but I managed all right. I also discovered that putting together Lego X- Wing Fighters can be tricky- so I will definately delegate this task to someone else when I have kids of my own;) All in all not bad for getting $65.
Travis and I are going up for Tony's wedding in a couple of months- this should be fun- since I've never been to Wisconsin.
Travis's grandparents had their 50th wedding anniversary party a few weeks ago. We all went to The Ridge for dinner, it was a lot of fun even though we had a hard time convincing Brent to dance with their mom. The food there is awesome- and so was the entertainer. He dressed up as Elvis- and it really made me want a Be-dazzler. I had an awesome time- and the suprise comments were cool too!:)
I'm not going to Texas- because Gene is getting to come home for two weeks instead. This is very awesome news- since he'll be leaving for Iraq at the end of Septemeber.
I'm getting pretty tan, I love that I get paid to take kids to the pool. If you ever get a job to do that you should definately take it!
Next weekend I'm going to Albany with some kiddos to a wedding. I should have done this traveling with kiddos years ago.
