The smile and shove method of feeling crappy is progressing along rather well. Every time I get the faintest whiff of 'sigh' I smile and shove it down. Not because I am ignoring it, trying to hide it, I am accepting it, (the smile) and disregarding any effect on my existence (the shoving). It's there. I know it's there, bit that doesn't mean I have to openly acknowledge it or allow it any face time.
