Getting down to the wire!
So tomorrow is my last full day at home! Instead of being sentimental, or sad, stressed out about packing those last things, I am just going to wake up, spend all day with my family getting done what needs to get done, and have a great day.
Today I went couch shopping with the family and it was a LOT of fun. My family's a blast. Since Julia and I are effectively removing the furniture from my house, we needed to start a'lookin. I'm excited about the neat couches Mom picked out to replace the ones I'm taking, and the chair going downstairs is a dream chair. It's like sitting in a bed/swing. Best. Rocker. Ever. That outing was followed by dinner at Hops, where I had a glass and a half of Cabernet Sauvignon with my delicious brewmaster steak, and so I was giggly, and then zonked out asleep at like 8:30 and napped til 9. Wine makes me sleepy, and my family makes me happy.
I'll be so sad to leave.
