Paper = Edited. Now that it's all nice and clean and free of little mistakes and unnecessary information, it's only 41 pages. Haha. "only." I think I'm going to add a tiny spiel about architecture (quickly of course!) because I really liked my facts for that section and idk why it didn't make it into my outline. I can put the houses stuff in the MWP agriculture section, and the structure damage stuff in my LIA ground wetness section. Sweet.
(Or, as Leslie said to me today when we found out that neither of us were on the list to be called in and heard individually-aka, we're really good and she's not worried about us- "DULCE!")
I'm so pleased at how well all of this paper process has gone! yay. Tomorrow I prepare the presentation, and Thursday I make my simple ppt, and then at 8:30pm I practice it and get advice from Carol Wightman. Then I have all Friday to polish, with practice once in Berlin, and then Saturday I present! I'll have to send out invitation emails. I think I'll send one to my friends, and another more professional email to a few professors like Howard Miller and Rhawn Denniston and Katy Stavreva. (Please don't let Rhawn be annoyed that there's not more science!!!)I'm SO SO SO happy my mom and Casey will be there. It means the world to me that they are both coming.
Okay. i'm in Iowa City. Time to play mario party with Casey.
