I am already done with latin for the night!

So I got back, putzed around for a little bit, burned Dave a new mix that I think is entirely fabulous and he will love, and then, at 1pm, decided to start my Latin homework:
...
(LOTS OF HARD THINKING)
...
3 and a half hours later...
I am already done with most of my Latin for the night! I didn't do the short readings, but I did everything else, I'll get to them later.

I have to babysit tonight and hopefully I won't die of itchiness because of their stupid evil cats. I really don't want to babysit since I'm sitting for them tomorrow and just recently did on Friday and Saturday too, but it hopefully won't be long - 5:30 to 7:30 (which means 5:30 to at-the-earliest 8:00 with these people) and maybe we can play outside the whole time. Mom said if we do she'd come hang out on the deck with me, since they're just our next door neighbors. I hope she was serious.

After dinner the evening goes: Music & Lyrics (yes, again, even though I just watched it on the plane back from Greece - It's hysterical! "POP goes my heart!!!") with the family, then more yoga with Rodney Yee! Mom went to a yoga class while I was in Latin this morning in Boulder and she said it was just amazing and totally what she was looking for! (She's been getting bored with the Evergreen yoga places.) It doesn't surprise me that the class was so awesome considering Boulder, Colorado is the healthiest fittest city in America. Full of fitness addicts and hippies growing delicious health foods. Ah Boulder. So once my class is over we might start going together to it.

Latin class today was absolutely ridiculous. The sentences were so confusing to the point that when our professor would help us get through the mess we were making translating them, we'd each just look at each other and start cracking up because it was so absurdly complicated. Who cares if it's in the Locative or the Ablative? They're basically the same and I still translated the sentence right! Drew (I think he spells his name with some U's and X's but I refuse to try to do that properly) gives me the best hilarious exasperated looks. It reminds me of the column confusion in Greece:

John: "What kind of column is this?"
Us: "Ionic! Doric!"
John: "No the third one!"
Us: "CORINTHIAN!!!"
John: "No, Euolic!!"
Us: "Son of a bitch, John."

Latin today was along the same lines of "how the hell were we supposed to know that?" But we got through it together with some laughter. I like our class of six. We're bonding. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that sits next to me though. I should know his name by now! I know Glenny, Gavin, Amy, Drew, me, and then... Blank?

Talked to Casey again today. His excitement and enthusiasm about this weekend is charming and contagious. Can't wait! Apparently it was all he talked about at the cast party last night! haha. He's adorable.

Oh man, Sammie's cooking dinner and it's almost time to do the eating!
