Anyway, unpacking still going slowly.
But, WICKED WAS AMAZING LAST NIGHT! I can not express how ENTERTAINED I was! Man, "Popular" was uproariously funny with the hilarious way Glinda bounced her feet around, and the whole show was just fabulous. It was so visually stunning too. Just, wow. I love "Defying Gravity." I was surprised all of my family was surprised at how it ended, but I had guessed it during the "As Long as You're Mine" scene when he talked about the castle with the trap doors. As a whole I really enjoyed how they tied everything together incorporating the wizard of oz story. There were a lot of really good one-liners that really made the show.
Also, Dave misses the Turkey version of Horiatiki Salata and I miss it from Greece so we're totally going to make it and eat a picnic of tomatoes and cucumbers and peppers and feta. YUM! And apparently the Greeks hating the Turks is just as strong on the Turks hating the Greeks' end of it.
