Thus passes another lazy day....
Today I slept til 11:30, which was glorious, and had lunch with Dan and Dustin at the SKY table - the only two people I knew in the deserted cafeteria. Spring Break is weird. Got back, showered, and then decided to lay down and relax a little bit before I got totally ready for the day. I talked to Casey and then fell asleep for 2 hours totally on accident. So by 4pm, I had only really been awake for 2 and a half hours all day. I was energized!
Packed some more, and then Casey surprised me while I was washing dishes in the kitchen and told me I looked pretty. Gosh it was good to see him. We had tons of hearty/greasy food at Gwen's (where we're definitely going again!) and then since dessert buffet came with our meal, got 4 desserts - a DELICIENT crumble chocolate brownie, chocolate mousse pie, butterscotch pudding, and a mint brownie. Oh man we were so gluttonous (mmm delicious deadly sin...)eating all that after fried chicken, ribs, and mashed taters. I laughed so hard at dinner when Casey was eating the foamy white stuff (whipped cream?) off the pie. I was just in a good mood in general though I suppose. We both were. Mmmm food.
The rest of the day has been about relaxing, and reading. I finished Grendel which I've been reading a chapter here and there for quite some time. I laughed my BUTT off because I adore that book. I feel like if I ever made a Grendel movie, David would play Grendel, fo sho. Its so witty and well-written. Casey's been working on Twelfth Night (god it's hot when he gets shakespeare and giggles while reading its hilarity), which put me in the mood to watch Shakespeare in Love again for the millionth time. We've had a rather humorous day, goofing around and just being silly. I do love spending time with him. He's really stressed about money though - student loans especially - and fears about going flat broke and being in debt have been looming. Oh poor college kids...
I'm very fortunate that my parents are paying for my education. I won't make money, but at least I'm not in student loan debt. Casey gets so worried about this. poor guy.
We also spent some time with Bryce chatting and having a good time. We're gonna hang tomorrow too - yay! That'll be good because Casey'll be gone ALL DAY until 10pm (other than a quick dinner break). ok BEDTIME
