i feel as though I've been pretty productive today.
~Went to work, got some reading done in "The Stories of English" by David Crystal - enjoying it so far. I thought it would be a lot of the same stuff from "The Adventure of English" (give me a break I don't know how to do underline) but it's presented really differently, and so far, very comprehensively with lots of new information. *intrigued*
~Scrapbook Depot with Emily and Sammie was quite fun and I got more done in the freshman year section of my Cornell Scrapbook. Yay.
~Organized little mementos into my diary - which takes on more of an "England Journal" look every day as I decorate it with movie tickets and stuff that correspond to my entries.
~Put all the doubles back in my photo album as I watched Lost. Also, did some crunches while watching too! I want abs. but i'm lazy...
~chatted with Julia Heather and Ashley for a bit online (happy birthday Ashley!!!)
~Organized my Casey-Visit photos onto Flickr, wanna see our fun times?!(If the link doesn't work, just search people in Flickr, my username is amoenning):
http://www.flickr.com/photos/85115918@N00/ ~Practiced my violin for 40 minutes or so. Should I bring my instrument to school?
~Now, I am about to start my first CD lecture for "The History of the English Language" with Professor Seth Lerer. I really wanna learn this stuff... should i take notes maybe? I'm a dork.
