so valentine's was yesterday. didn't do too much. mair and i helped thad with his surprise for his girlfriend then chuck took us to a movie and dinner at pf changs. we watched biker boyz. it was so good. i wasn't all up for watching it, but chuck really wanted to and he bought our tickets, so we basically had no choice. got a few gifts also. cj sent me a couple of shirts and a watch, mair gave me a handpainted box, and thad wrote a cute poem. last year he wrote a poem for all of us girls - mine was about how i'm always on the phone and my hots for vin diesel. this year.. it goes a little something like this..
you are so cute,
even when you call me chad,
but don't tell cj i said that,
because he might get mad.
he's lucky because your love he did steal,
but you better be careful,
he might find out about neal.
i could not stop laughing when i read the card he gave me. i call thad chad.. it's something that chuck started and i got hooked on saying it. then the whole neal thing.. thad started it and everyone else got hooked. so it was a nice valentine's day/night.
i worked all day today. the big game against louisville was today. a crap load of people swarmed into the store. marquette lost. marquette and louisville were tied 70-70 and then 5.5 seconds remaining in the game, some guy on louisville's team scored a 3 pointer. how depressing.
