i love missy's beats. yes, i'm a hiphop fan. you know what though, i love all genres of music. surprisingly, i love incubus, vonray, dave matthews, etc. that's about all i listen to now. it's weird. cj and i use to have our little quarrels over what station or cd we're gonna listen to in the car. he's all about rock and i'm all hiphop/r&b. anyway, check out missy elliot's new song, go to the floor. awesome beat.
friday was my daddy's 36th birthday. still young and handsome as always. called to wish him a happy birthday. of course, he was working. i watched how to lose a guy in 10 days. i love chick flicks, so i thought it was a cute movie. never realized matthew mcconaughey was so sexy until i watched that movie. yeah i've seen him in other movies, but he looked damn good friday night. moving on.. yesterday was tina's 21st birthday. we had a little something at randy and thad's place. first time since we been back where we all got together. it was fun. charlie is an aggressive drunk. horny one, too. i told him he seriously needs to get laid. i'll hook him up with tammy ho (yes, that's her real name. nice girl.) for crying out loud... and this time it'll be for real. ooh, what a great idea. valentines is coming up.. i could play cupid. yeah whatever. got my groove on last night. feels good to let loose.
thank you to everyone who is keeping my mommy in their prayers. it really means a lot to me. of course, being the strong woman she is, she's still up and working as hard as ever. i told her not to stress herself out, but she never listens. once again, thank you.
guess what i'm doing now. laundry. my clothes in the basket was piling high, so i had to do something about it. next thing i need to work on is shaving my legs. haven't shaved since i was home. i'm pretty lazy when it comes to shaving. okay, first of all, i only wear jeans. so nobody is gonna see my legs. secondly, nobody is gonna feel or touch my legs. so no worries there. i'll get to it soon. promise.
