I still aten't dead. I'm also still using friends' computers; I apparently won't get any information about mine until Friday. I... I really want to strangle an IT person. No, seriously, it's horrible to read my friends list, because I can't download anything (VVC! VVC!) or take a long time to surf, and it is making me very sad. I am being a total whiny bitch, but seriously, I want my laptop back and I want it now.
On the other hand, I have now gotten through Northern Lights and the first forty pages of The Subtle Knife, and the entire first season of Boston Legal. Best remark of the night: "Everyone gets off with Alan Shaw!"
I have a dentist's appoinment on Wednesday morning (at 8:30, in fact) to x-ray me and prod my gushy tooth and tell me if an extraction is a viable option, which it had sodding well better be.
I'm making green pork curry tonight. That is all.
