+Just to clarify for future reference, you're scrapbook doesn't have to be fully unlocked to be nominated. We are only looking at your design, and how much you have updated it. The links contained in the scrapbook don't need to be unlocked posts. I'm sorry there was a big mix-up with all of this. If your actual scrapbook is locked, and you want to be included in the monthly contest, please read this post. If your scrapbook is public (or semi-friends only), then you are good to go!
