On Monday I was asked to sit in on a session of my roleplaying system that was being run by a friend of mine. What was special about this is it was the second game he was running without my involvement and where I didn't know any of the players

And, only fire elementals shouldn't be able to burn to death. (I may just possibly have been muttering to Fhtagn about WoW letting me kill fire elementals with fireballs the other night...)

It used to not let you kill fire elementals with fireballs, but obviously the fire mages were not very happy about this...

Maybe you can kill fire elementals by kind of bludgeoning them to death with fire? :P
WoW is a bit inconsistent with that. I get used to being able to kill anything with anything, then go eternal farming as Destro and find myself scrambling for the poor, forgotten shadowbolt button.
