Metal

Aug 16, 2006 20:23

Josh is at the stage where he's rejecting all his usual plastic spoons in favour of metal ones, like the ones we use. So I have to use the teaspoon to feed him now and I must make the occasional cling clang noise against the ceramic bowl. Plastic OUT, Metal IN.

And sometimes on his cranky days, I have to pretend to scoop his food unto my plate, then scoop it up to feed him so he thinks he's sharing my food.

and in the morning, he only wants toast from MY bread so I end up eating halves and giving him the other half.

And to get him to drink water, I have to "cheers" him with my coffee and cling his cup.

Man, I miss simple, easy Breastfeeding. Pop boob, feed. Pop feed Pop feed.

Oh well.. :)

Anyway, here's the little rascal at the beach yesterday :
ps: Where's Wally - spot a topless woman in the background....

his thunder thighs are still formidable ( sadly, so are mine...)

Beckam in the making??? I hope so. Can't walk but can kick. Go figure

Happy only when he does these "dangerous things" like dangle his feet to touch the water...

Finally, a smile!
