Stupid stupid stupid
Know what I hate more than discovering that I'd done something ultimately stupid??? It's that my hubby had just warned me abt it miinutes before.
I'd put Josh's waterbottle and some essentials in my sling bag as we headed out for a walk last evening. Too lazy to lug the whole bag since it was just down the road. Hub says... be careful, your phone's in there with his bottle, it might leak. Take the digicam out ( ok, I did)
To which I said, No la.. my bag is upright. It won't.
OK LOH... it did and drowned my phone and now it's dead. My Mothers' Day pressie this yr , barely 3 months old phone *BIG SOBS*
Serves me right... I should slap myself. Luckily hubs was kind not to say "I told you so" a single time when I told him abt my phone. Just offered to take a look and buy me a new one.
NOPE, I shall use the old phone as a punishment to myself and a reminder not to commit stupid acts like this again! *fume*
