Buffy had had a very lazy week, and was now having a very lazy Saturday morning which so far had consisted of sleeping a lot. But now it was maybe time to get up and get something to eat. If the weather was good, she could laze on the beach, and if not, maybe she could spend some time in the gym...

Buffy was awake. She'd fed Berthold, and made sure her roses were hanging properly. Now she was sitting on the floor, surrounded by sharp weaponry.

"Hey, River?" She held up something like a bendy serrated sword. "Do you think that'll look good over by the bats?"

Buffy beamed at her flowers and carefully set aside the notes. It was perhaps time to buy vases. But for now, she found some string and started tying roses into the thing Jaye had given her for her birthday.
