i started reading this book. its called "kiss me, judas". its about some ex-cop who wakes up in a hotel bathtub packed with ice and his kidneys missing. the resulting story has him falling in love with the hooker that ripped him open, traveling down to mexico where (as he was told by someone that he prolly has heroin in his kidneys place) he will prolly be sold to some dealer. hes whacked out on drugs the whole time and half the damn book is halucinations. i get thru about a hundred pages, and hit a chapter where half the story so far is exposed as a possible dream. im sitting there like wtf! its a crazy book tho. im really diggin it. they need to make a movie out of it, but i have no idea how theyd do it. im sure tarantino would do an excellent job tho.
also, i realized today that the trip i was planning on the 19th to help a friend move is going to have to be cancelled b/c austins graduation from preschool is on the 20th. go figure. i can never get away from this town!
