Also, the B-plot seems really... bizarre. I don't know if that's just me, but it's like two halves of two episodes were randomly sewn together here.

Seriously, for a 1990s TV show the slashiness seems to just leap off the frickin' screen. How they got away with it without being openly trashed as promoting gayness I'd love to know, 'cause damn :P
