Heeeey.... there was a plotline about Todd pressuring Liz into sex and her losing her perfect size six figure in the SVU books!!! I call shenanigans.

On another note, I miss the days when size 6 was considered perfect by the media. Now anything over 2 is fat cow territory.

That's the plotline I was referring to...I believe that's the next time that Liz and Todd are back together (since I haven't read further in this series).

That happens to me, too! Like Karen in the Baby-Sitter's Little Sister books! She's annoying!

I've been trying to remember a book with a good Karen in it. I've finally come up with one:

Shattered Silk, by Barbara Michaels.

I hate SY so much. Everyone in it is a complete douche.

Your enthusiasm for this book made me like the recap a lot more than I probably would have. Normally I find Senior Year so boring. Now I'm kind of rooting for Melissa.

However, a high school boy who likes The Philadelphia Story? I'm not buying that.

It's my favorite movie, but I'm 27 and female. :} Rebel Without A Cause would have made more sense.

Maybe I should have added that every Monday night he and his mom rent a classic movie together. So I can buy that he likes The Philadelphia Story since he was trained from a young age to appreciate old black and whites.
