YAY Nook Color!!
While the entire city of San Diego, California was powerless for 12 hours yesterday, what was I doing?
I found all the candles in the house, I put batteries in all of the battery-operated lights my family laughs at me for having, and in the radio so we could find out what the heck was going on, and finally put the battery-operated fan in my 93 yr. old grandmother's room because we were also experiencing a horrible heat wave. (I am the disaster-preparedness expert in our home.)
THEN, I went to my pitch-black bedroom and fired up my Nook Color, with it's awesome back-light and I read until bedtime.
I love my Nook.
