Fucking destroyed weekend....

So I've lost like 8lbs but all weekend I've been eating like a pig!  Work has really taken it out of me and got me all hungry and then I decided to stay and have a drink after work then it all kicked off and there was a big brawl the police came and everything. I'm working on that too. South Beach Diet, it's called. I'm doing it with a friend. so we're gonna keep each other on it. no slacking! :D

Wish I had someone to keep me going, my bf eats what he wants and I'm usually cooking for him so it's so hard all the time.... like tonight I've had carbonara and garlic bread and WAY to much of it!! :-(

well, it's actually my soon-to-be-boyfriend who's helping me with this. and he loves cooking. so it actually should go well. *shrugs*

Sorry to hear about your ridiculous weekend. How long has it taken for your eight calorie lost? (congratulations, by the way, that is fantastic!)

a week, been doing the 2468 diet and going to do it for 4 weeks then going to do a fast. My aim at the end of it all is to have lost 20lbs.... I'll get back on track tomorrow when I've got work and I'll be distracted.

How is your fast going?

Yeah so far it's working, we'll see if it keeps on working. I don't really work out, in the last week I've cycled to work, worked 3 nights for 8ish hours and gone for little walks, I got my excercise DVD the other day so now I can start doing that, as you know I've had a pretty crappy weekend so I've let things slide but tomorrow I'm back in work and back on track, going to have a 200 day and start from there....I've got another 12 lbs to lose yet before I can do my fast which is what I'm really looking forward too, I think I'm going to book the week off work when I've finished that and do an intense week of working out all day and getting back on solids again... yeah that's a plan!
