This marriage has operated 365 days with zero fatalities.
I just woke up in a B&B in Bayfield, WI. We came in yesterday afternoon and had dinner at a little Italian place. I had the best ravioli of my life! Then we fired up the in-room Jacuzzi and watched 'Mulan'. :-)
Today we will be eating breakfast with the innkeepers, then heading down to the dock and going on a 3 hour tour (it's actually 3.5 but I just wanted to say that phrase) around the islands. I have a little coffee shop picked out for light lunch when we get back, and depending on how we feel we'll either go berry-picking at a nearby farm, or just walk around 'downtown'. Then we have a dinner reservation somewhere fancy, so we'll have to come back to the hotel and dress up first.
I never realized how tiny Bayfield is. They have the big apple festival, and Big Top Chataqua (sp?), so there's stuff that happens here all the time, but apparently it's all tourist driven because the permanent population is under 1000 500! I always thought it was bigger than that.
I am absolutely wrecked from work. Just fucking exhausted. I have to push through for another two weeks and then hopefully there will be a reprieve.
