The bad: Had a panic attack 10 days ago, and another one 6 days ago. Doctor has doubled my medication, prescribed a book called "Facing Panic" and told me to have work lower the stress. I spent half of last week either working out of the house or staying home sick. Going to have to ask for some mandatory time off. I've got 8 days left, just need work to slow the heck down...
