Buying a house really stinks!
I can not believe how hard it is to buy a house these days! They seem to want my first born son before they'll let me have the loan! I told them exactly how much money I make and today they call me and ask why my bonus was different in '06 and '07. My stupid company put my moving reimbursement in as a bonus. I don't understand the problem because I'm still making the same amount of money they approved me on in the first place. My husband has terrible credit so I don't want to put him on the loan. This has been such a huge deal because the gov't won't let my Grandma sell the house for the amount she wants to sell for. (Way under market value.) GRRRRRR!!!! Anyway, hopefully this new lender will be better than the last one. I just want to pay a mortgage payment...is that too much to ask?!?!?!
