Somehow or another, my iPod will not shut down when I hold the play/pause
"button" (for lack of a better word).

Any ideas/helpful hints?

We have had a clogged kitchen sink here since Sunday. It had been draining slowly for a while, but backed up completely this weekend. Apparently, my parents discussed calling the plumbers, but neither of them did so. As a reward to myself for finishing all of my end of year assessments, I watched the last 3 episodes of season 3 of Arrested Development. They also happen to be the last 3 episodes in the series. This makes me very sad. :(
Plus, I had to borrow the dvds! Maybe I should invest in my own copies while at home this summer . . .

dangit, google! Why did you jack up my homepage? Every time I try to get all my cool gadgety-type things back, you fall back to the default layout. I am perturbed.

Got a call this morning about my leaky washing machine. Apparently, there has been some water damage to the flat under mine, and the landlady wants to know what is going on. This makes my brain hurt. Why oh why, do people feel the need to screw with my fondest childhood memories?

I saw a woman today wearing designer tights. Not just any designer, but Louis Vuitton tights. They looked like every other Louis Vuitton accessory that I've seen: brown with the white LV logo everywhere. Yikes! Also, they were not flattering to her figure at all.
