Happy 7 weeks Lilith

So my baby is now 7 weeks old! Where has the last 7 weeks gone, I’ve been so busy see­ing friends and fam­ily, spent loads of time with my brother who is home again and that has been fab. She has changed so much and is now look­ing like a lit­tle per­son, every­one says she looks like me, I think so but has the husband’s colour­ing (ginger-ish hair, grey/blue eyes and pale skin colour) which is cute.  When she is tired she looks like a lit­tle vam­pire with her pale skin and pink eye lids ha ha!





Lilith went to an osteopath to help with the colic as we were at our wits end with Lilith cry­ing from 4pm till 11pm, it really helped, she was a fam­ily friend, learnt amaz­ing things like timed feed­ing and using a dummy to help with her diges­tive sys­tem (suck­ing sim­u­lates it), since then she has been fab a 30 minute cry in the evening when she is over tired but other than she has been a happy baby.





Lilith has learnt to smile, talk (in baby way) and laugh­ing which is really cute, she is enjoy­ing her baths and sleeps (she is now sleep­ing through the night, 9pm till 5:30am, like an alarm clock).  She is now 10pounds 6oz, and is a healthy lit­tle girl we did have one scary trip to A&E when we thought she was dehy­drated but turned out the change of for­mula and teat size which was wrong caused her not to poo for 4 days and throw up loads of milk.

I’ve been good - could of been bet­ter - I have been put on anti depres­sants and they are really help­ing (I was in ther­apy from Jan­u­ary just didn’t talk about it on my blog) and I am back in ther­apy, lot of deep seated stuff, show­ing in anx­i­ety attacks and the joys of depres­sion.  Weight wise I have lost 2 stone so I am really pleased, been shop­ping for new clothes as my body has changed not that I am com­plain­ing did get my lovely lit­tle girl out it.

It’s my birth­day in two days eeeek! Been enjoy­ing the week with the hus­band and Lilith, went shop­ping today and tomor­row we are going to the seal­ife cen­tre yay!
