This literally made me explode with joy.
SoxProspects.com is already out projecting the 2009 rosters, even though we're barely into 2008. Either way, there were some aspects of this new roster that just about made me die with happiness. There are one or two things that made me rather sad, though. It's a bit like watching a movie, I guess. Either

Also, I kinda love how I somewhat converted you into at least friendshippy Cora and Lowell(though I will say that the two do seem to carry some strange mancrushy tendencies toward each other...I mean Lowell said Cora was the sexiest position player in the Friendly's Scoop thing w/ Papelbon) :D

You have me so converted - and it's great. They're adorable!

Argenis and Lars are my youngin boys. Though hell I like all the youngins. Oh and I likely am going to be going to McCoy on April 3rd because of my TV Production class stuff and the RIC trip(and one of the guys I'm doing the project with has connections anyway just in case).
And to top it all off I just came across This really sweet article about the rookies and veterans and stuff...and this one little line from Tito seemed to make me snorfle in adorability.(btw AC = nickname for Cora)
And it didn't take clubhouse access to see the personality of Pedroia - measured, ( ... )

YES! I'm still planning to get up there this year - I have to try to convince my friends that getting there when the park opens so we can watch BP is a good idea. I'm still trying to imagine myself trying to get Jed to sign something, though - I honestly think I'd be way too shy to talk to him in person. (I'm...well, notoriously easily embarrassed. I can barely make eye contact with people I'm physically attracted to, so it'd be even harder here, considering I'm totally smitten in this case.)
Those two are totally Dustin's adopted parents. I love how they kept an eye on him, too, and generally took care of him - and then stepped aside and let him blossom. Just like real parents, actually!

"We've been friends for a long time now, but everywhere we go, Jacoby is in demand for autographs and interviews."
Awww, that must be awkward. I'm one of the few who'd want the same thing from Jed, though. His interviews are hilarious.
(I'm currently live-blogging the game as I type this. I'm on three hours of sleep. What's wrong with me?)

Most of my favorites are shaky defensively. They can hit, but they're a bit clumsy with their hands. Kaz is one of those, and Jed's another. (Kaz is just a weird sentimental favorite of mine - although now that I know that he and Daisuke were teammates back in Japan, I look slightly less weird.)
