Injuring this character: Yes to minor/healable injuries (like bruises or broken bones), but I'd like to know first if you're planning on maiming/disfiguring him. Also, once he's regained his healing factor, he'll be able to recover from pretty much any injury.
Killing this character: Let me know first so we can plot it out. Also again, it will be near impossible to kill him once he's regained his healing factor.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes for now, but canonically, Deadpool is immune to telepathy due to his healing factor constantly fighting against the cancer in his brain and changing the neurons. In other words, once he's regained both his cancer and his healing factor, he will be too insane to mind-read.
Warnings: Extremely violent and volatile. Handle with caution. Deadpool sees nothing wrong with killing people and will do so happily if given the right motivation.
