Backdoors lead to trouble

Dangerous. He had been called dangerous. He can certainly understand the designation, and it's almost amusing, but he's certainly most vexed at the situation. All the preparations, the plans, the covering his tracks and the world outside had been just within his grasp when his Whole counterpart had ruined things. And as punishment, because he'd been so dangerous--too dangerous to trust to not find some way to regain that power he'd had? His data had been isolated and partitioned off into a separate place, left to rot and become obsolete with age. However, he wasn't without his influences. His strength allowed him to make a few backdoors to this location. So at least, one day, he might have company. So many thoughts were left to run through his head as he had, essentially, eternity to wait.
But something grabs his attention. There's the tell-tale sound of someone accessing the backdoor and arriving in the space. A simple place, just a cage where he's trapped and an area outside it--plenty of space to keep out of his reach. He gives a slight smirk, only looking up enough from the chair he'd built out of excess data that the glow of his eyes is visible. Whoever it is, things are about to get interesting...
