“Why did you keep silence?” Eeteuk said in disbelief while his eyes searching medical kit in his room. “I’m almost freaking out looking blood everywhere in pool,”

Kangin didn’t say a word, only watched the older wrapped his hand slowly with bandage. He pressed his lip in straight line.

“Done,” Eeteuk looked up to him but startled when he saw the other stoic expression. “At least you can thank me,” he mumbled, moving away from Kangin to put his medical kit on the drawer but his step was limited by Kangin hand. “Let me go,” he looked anywhere but Kangin’s eyes.

“Then answer it,” Kangin said, his grip tightened around Eeteuk’s.

“It’s not funny,” Eeteuk finally looked Kangin eyes. “You will make it bleeding again,” he referred to Kangin’s hand.

“Doesn’t matter, you’re here to treat it again,” Kangin smirked then his playfulness changed to seriousness. “I want you to answer it,”

Eeteuk heart skipped for million beat, “Why you always pick a fight with me? Is that the way rich children were raised?”

“Don’t change the subject!” he let an unpleasant snort escaped his mouth, “Why you people always said rich or poor! You’re the only one that makes our gap between us wider!” Kangin yelled, he seemed offended by Eeteuk’s voice. “I hate when you always said about status or else. It’s not my fault to born in rich family,” he gritted his teeth, getting closer to Eeteuk.

The older shielded his body with both of his hands, he sure Kangin would hit him but he wasn’t.
“I’m sorry if my presence was frightening,” he took both of Eeteuk’s hands and placed them on his chest. “It’s not my fault either, you know,” his voice oddly gentle.

Eeteuk only stared at him, speechless at the other sudden behavior changes. His cheek felt ridiculously warm, “It’s-” Half is your fault. He wanted to add but he thought it better not to provoke another stupid fight.

“Just answer it,” Kangin repeated, whispering.

“I-” Eeteuk opened his mouth, his gaze fixated at Kangin’s, “I can’t,” He saw Kangin’s face fell and he let go of Eeteuk’s hand. “We still can be friend…” but the taller ignored him and disappeared from Eeteuk’s sight. “At least, give me time to understand my feeling,” he sighed but his heart aching from Kangin touch.

---

I love you, since the day I met you.

That words spinning around in Eeteuk head. He looked at his ceiling room, he was hardly sleep although it nearly three in the morning. It was already eight hours since Kangin confessed to him. How could he sleep if someone whom he never expected said he was in love with him? And he barely knew that person.

Eeteuk slept in disappointment. He didn’t know what the ache in his heart mean. Was it another prank?

---

“Hey,” Kyuhyun didn’t avert his eyes from his PSP. He kept walking until he just a step away from his room. “I don’t mind if you follow me everywhere, but,” he turned to his side and looked at the cute boy before him, his hand holding a big pink bunny. “At least, tell me your name and your reason,” he leaned his back against the wood door.

“I’m Lee Sungmin and I want to befriend with you,” the other smile sweetly, his foxy eyes looked so excited. “Take this,” he handed his big pink bunny to Kyuhyun. “Usagi is my best friend and he likes you, he said he want to be your friend too,”

Kyuhyun ignored him and took out his pink dolls. “You already gave me more than enough,” and another five bunnies.

The other pouted and took away his big pink bunny, “Meanie!!!” he kicked Kyuhyun leg and run away.

“He is such a kid,” Kyuhyun rubbed his pained leg and stepped in to his room. Without warning, three pink dolls landed successfully on his head. That dolls apparently tied up against his door.

“When did he set up this trap?” despite his scornful voice, he keep that bunnies neatly on his drawer.

Later in the night, Kangin didn’t show up in Eeteuk’s room, again. Eeteuk wondered what the coldness in his spine mean was.

---
“Hyung!” Kyuhyun poked Eeteuk on the head. “What are you thinking? You space out,” Kyuhyun sighed and sat beside Eeteuk in school yard. They did their usual ritual in lunch break, spending some times, chattering and eating Ryewook homemade lunches.

“Kyuhyun-ah,” Eeteuk smiled, slightly apologize. His lunch was forgotten on the green grass. His chopsticks hanging loosely in his fingers and nearly fell on the ground. Thanks to Hankyung’s good reflex.

“Did that bully do something inappropriate?” Hankyung gave him his chopsticks and awarded with his dimple smile.

“No- No,” Eeteuk shook his head and tried to calm his heart beats down. “He just didn’t appear in my room yesterday,”

The Chinaman lifted his brow, “Isn’t that a good sign, hyung?” and now all three of them looked at the oldest questioningly.

“It’s not that I’d waited him!” Eeteuk added, his face reddened. “By the way, tomorrow our school festival will start, we will make it success!” Eeteuk grinned and left Hankyung question unanswered.
---

JYP culture festival started this morning. Eeteuk and his Student Council members had prepared it carefully to ensure its success. It’s opened to other students outside JYP too.

When he heard ruckuss, he knew that they had arrived. It was Kangin and his gangs and the girls. SM Students were famous because they were elite. Only certain people can study there. And until now, Eeteuk couldn’t understand the benefit to conquer small school like JYP. It’s not that he wasn’t grateful. But it was indeed strange for some reason.

Yesung and Heechul took different route and left Kangin with the girls. He saw Kangin looked at him but he quickly averted his gaze to others. He knew Kangin still looked at him as he felt his stare sending shiver to the older’s spine. Eeteuk felt a lump trapped in his throat when he saw Kangin approached him.

“You should guide us, President,” Kangin said to him in mocking tone. His hand rounded on his girl friends casually. It caused another spark to Eeteuk’s heart but he ignored it and gave Kangin little nods, leading them touring inside the school building. The larger group split to smaller and smaller as some of them enjoy themselves in certain stalls.

Kangin made jokes around the trip and the girls giggled, trying to catch Kangin attention by pinch the other arm and else.

“Look at him, the SM Student, he surely easy to get girl as his lovers right?” Eeteuk heard the other chattered along the trip and their amazing comments.

“I bet that guy already had slept with one of them,” and soon Eeteuk couldn’t take it.
“I leave you guys here. You can choose whatever event that hold in certain place in this school,” he gave them the festival schedules and left them immediately. But he didn’t expect Kangin’ll follow him silently.
“You don’t want to look around?” Eeteuk asked in nervousness. They were alone near the stairs to second floor, everyone went to great hall to watch school choir. Kyuhyun and Ryewook performed there.

“No, nothing impressed me,” Kangin said uninterestedly, sliding his body and sat beside Eeteuk. “It’s better to be with you,” Eeteuk feeling hot when Kangin whispered seductively on his ear.

“Stop teasing me. It doesn’t work,” Eeteuk steadying his heart beat. “And poor girls, you only play with their hearts…”

“Oh,” Kangin grinned. “Are you jealous?” he placed his hand on his stomach and started to laugh.

Eeteuk frowned. So that day just another prank. Just another lie. He gritted his teeth. He felt really stupid for… keep his hope high to let it shattered to pieces. “I’m not,” his voice weakened.

“Then why did you run away, Mr. President?” Kangin grin widened. He tilted his head to Eeteuk’s side. His grin died as he saw Eeteuk’s eyes became serious and he heard Eeteuk’s whisper, so slow, “What if- what if I said that I like you too?”

---

“And I already escort you around, princess,” Hankyung smiled playfully. “Care to let me do my job?” beside him, Heechul gave him his infamous smirk.

“It’s your duty as Head of Student Security to protect me, the princess, from any harm, right?” he linked his hand around Hankyung’s and he smiled triumphantly when the other didn’t move away from him. “You’re my bodyguard and mine alone tonight,”

Hankyung only hummed, “I can’t, Teukie Hyung needs me,” he untied his hand and it angered the red haired boy. “I’m not born to be second, Hankyung-shii,” Heechul hissed. He never felt this way before. He wasn’t going to lose. Not to anybody, especially to Eeteuk. He pressed his lips against the taller and he was smiled winningly when Hankyung sneaked his hand on his back and kissed back.

“You’re jealous,” Hankyung smiled as he parted his lips from Heechul’s. The smaller didn’t want to admit it. Jealously was only for one who loves than loved by his partner. He was loved, not the vice versa.

“But you’re cute when you jealous,” Hankyung pecked his lips once more and that time Heechul didn’t mind if he loves this man more than he was loved before.

---

“Nice show,” Yesung congratulated Ryewook as the smaller off stage. “Your voice is outstanding among the others,”

“Did you watch me?” Ryewook asked shyly, his cheek blushing.

“Yup. How about lunch? My treat,” Yesung silently grabbed the other hand and led him out to food stall.

“Umm,” Ryewook retreated his hand from Yesung’s, making the later lifted his brow. “It’s a bit weird,” he uttered nervously. “We barely knew each other and I don’t know what your intention is…”

Yesung turned his body so he faced Ryewook fully. “I’m Kim Jongwoon. Student of SM School, second grade and I’m currently seeing for someone,”

“Seeing-?”

“You, I like you,” Yesung cut the smaller voice. “Especially your voice,” he said in deep breath. “Do you mind if I stick around you?” his sudden confession making the other speechless.

“I think I don’t mind… But this- this is the first time I got confessed from someone,”
Yesung grinned and grab his newly boyfriend’s hand. “So do I,” he dragged him and squeezed his hand,

“It’s the first time I confess to someone. Sorry if it too straightforward…” they looked each other and laugh together.
---

“Cheater,” Kangin gritted his teeth. “Cheater!” His fist curled tightly on his side. “You cheat!” He shouted and stood up.

Eeteuk winced, feeling his heart ache of Kangin hurt eyes.

“Wether you’re stupid or cruel to ask me that,” Kangin growled. “But I don’t think you’re stupid, Park Jungsu,” his voice was desperate. “You already know my answer and again, you ask my feeling for you?! Isn’t that heartless? You’re the one who playing with other’s feeling!”

Eeteuk kept his head to control him, not his heart. “How can I trust your words when you tease me every single day!” Eeteuk barked back. He was angered and- and- jealous…? A Sudden pang stabbed his chest. Eeteuk looked up in horror, he closed his mouth with both of his hands and runaway from Kangin.

“Come back here, you coward!” Kangin yelled as he saw Eeteuk’s frame disappear to downstairs. “Don’t run from me,” he felt his body hot and weak, his heart thumped wildly, deafening his eardrums. “I won’t let you get away,” he stood up and run after him

---

Eeteuk run blindly across the crowd, he barely caught his breath as arrived in front of his room. Strangely, it was unlocked. He opened the door cautiously and his eyes widened as he saw the familiar figure sitting in his bed. The other looked at him and smiled lightly.

“Hyung, I’m back,”

“Kibum-mie, what are you doing here?” he hardly said. “You lived in America,” he took a step forward to Kibum. “What’s make you back here, to your old room?”

The other pulled him into tight hug, “Hyung, I love you,” he said, his voice above a whisper. “I’m sorry I leave you,”

“Kibum-mie,” Eeteuk embraced him back. “I love you too. I- I want you to stay here but I didn’t have courage to tell you that that time,” Eeteuk felt like crying. Too many happened today to him. But he was glad his Kibum had back. He didn’t aware that Kangin had eavesdropped their conversation.

“Cheater,” Kangin said lowly and left the other two, didn’t mind asking any further. He already heard more than enough.
