spnwriterlounge is doing this marginally annoying daily prompt thing (the marginally annoying part is that they prompts come in gif form). I'm going to break the rules and talk about me instead of writing a fic based on it.
Today they want to talk about retirement. Where would you be and what would you do? Well, BBs, I already know where I want to retire: Ohrid, Macedonia.
Ohrid is a smallish city on the Macedonian/Albanian border. It's near Greece, too. It's in the mountains, and on the shore of Lake Ohrid. It's very old and very beautiful. I am pretty sure I could spend the rest of my life here, doing nothing but watching people and sitting at cafes reading books. I think that by the time I retire, Macedonia won't be as fucked up as it is now, and I'll be able to get English-language books quite easily.
Just looking at those pictures relaxes me. Mmmmmm.
