He'd taken his time with the explanation of why he was leaving, and for how long he could be gone. He'd made several list of names, number and places where his mother could get help or anything else she might need. He'd done the same for his shop, completing everything due except a few lately acquired items which he sent to his contemporary in Manhattan.
He'd packed his bag, a suitcase large enough to hold two weeks worth of clothes, a pouch with twenty dollars in quarters for laundry, his portable tool kit, Activating Evolution, and (in case the radio should fail them) all three soundtracks from the Lord of the Rings movies.
Now, freshly off the subway and at Mohinder's door, suitcase in one hand and hat in the other, he waited for the other man to come down.
