Oatmeal & Cinnamon
I made my first oatmeal cookie and I simply love it!
It's chewy and not too sweet because I made apple sauce instead of using too much brown sugar. It's almost like chewy fruit bar. Yummy~
I made these last night for my mum's birthday package. Now I am sleepy cause I went to bed at 1 am after washing the dishes and stuff....My little house smells like cinnamon, ginger and apple. Hope it smells like this everyday!
