What was your biggest disillusion as a child?
I like to think that I grew up before I was disillusioned.
What's one thing no one knows about you?
[a slight smile; best to be political and offer something of no consequence]
I like cherries.
What's one thing everyone assumes about you that isn't true?
Everyone assumed I was dead at one point. That certainly wasn't true.
What's one thing you wish you could stop?
Conflict.
What's one thing you've always wanted to do, but never have?
Ah, that's a difficult one. I don't think there's anything I want to do that I'm not already doing in some capacity.
What are you a sucker for?
[slight smirk]
A good conversationalist.
What's your biggest pet peeve?
[not even batting an eye]
Politicians who don't deliver.
If/when you ever have children, what is one thing you absolutely want to teach them?
Offer aid without seeking anything in return.
How do you feel about sex?
That's a rather private matter, don't you think?
[sighing]
I think those who choose to engage in it should exercise caution and responsibility. At its core, its an act of creation that shouldn't be taken lightly. It's also a means of expressing affection for another individual. Trust comes into play and fallout from a lack of understanding in this matter can lead to a lot of pain. Use restraint and think long and hard before considering such a course of action.
How do you deal with depression, stress or sadness?
[deadpan]
I work.
How do you think of yourself?
I think of myself as simply a humble public servant. Nothing more and nothing less.
What is your biggest accomplishment to date?
Leading Preventer is both the reason and bane of my existence now.
What has been your most humbling experience to date?
Declaring the World Nation's surrender.
What will it take for you to die happy?
To be assured that war will no longer persist.
What would you rather be doing right now?
Nothing else. I'm content.
