It's our responsibility to make sure they do. Prof. Oak sent out a message, explaining that people's souls would be released if the Shedinja were captured in special Poké Balls, then had said balls delivered across the region.

That's what I've been doing this whole time. I've been scouring the city, catching any Shedinja I can find.
