I have to VENT. I just read some reviews for Rebirth, in which some were good, and some were awful. First off, just because Lopez used Rich Harrison, doesn't mean she's trying to be like Beyonce. I bet they didn't say Amerie wants to be like Beyonce, and she used Harrison as well. I guess that means Usher wants to be like Beyonce too since he used ( Read more... )

First of all, you don't have to mind critics (especially when it comes to top 40 type popular music). Secondly, though you do have a point that people try and take artists like Lopez too seriously, it's not as though Lopez's records are especially rewarding. I enjoy me some Jenny Lo from time to time, but she's hardly at the top of the food chain when it comes to respectable pop music.

And I think that Amerie used Rich Harrison before Beyonce, or anyone else for that matter, had ever heard of him.

Heffa i have been tryin to tell people that the music industry is not all about Whitney Houston that is not true eveyboby's voice is different but i know jen has improved and i really dont understand what Gigli has to do with Rebirth Those LOSERS

amerie used richard harrison before beyonce I thought? Amerie and him came in it together.. maybe im wrong with my facts.. anyway thats beside the point you are making........ :)
