uhm, well, I need to see if I can find it, but veggie cream cheese, I saw some kind of veggie stuff when I was in the store last time but uhm... it didnt look like veggies I'd eat (I'm in England for the next 4 months btw) also, I gotta get some PB, my mom is sending a care package that will have some in it. I need more options in the drinking range because bottled water gets mucho expensive, I need nuts, I love nuts, but again I did a quick shop last time and didnt really look about. Frozen dinners, I was living off of WW for like 2 months, I didnt get sick of them and I knew how much I was eating, the frozen dinners over here look yucky and I'm too poor to waste money on buying them and hating them right now... my diet has been awful since I got here ( ... )

I don't really like veggies much, but garden vegetable spread is just too darn tasty. I need to get more now that I think about it.

Thanks! I'm hoping beyond hope that this new workout routine will shock my body back into losing weight again. I was enjoying the steady plummet until it came to a screeching halt.

From what I've been hearing plateaus are normal but don't usually last this long. In my poor body's defense, I was sick twice in December and January and put it through a barrage of dietary strife over Christmas & New Years.

When I started working out I was a little fanatical about it. I would go 5 days a week like I am now, but if I was bored I'd hit the gym again in the evening and do one of their classes (the bosu ones are fun) or just get on the treadmill. I'd also make sure I got to the gym one of the two weekend days.

Maybe it's time to kick that back into gear. I didn't mind it much. It would make starting up on Monday easier if I didn't take two full days of rest. As long as I stayed away from the weights that should be cool. Hmm.

Supplements can also help you break through plateaus, when it seems like you're doing everything "right."

Yes, you're the man! But every hits a plateau. You watch, when it does come off, which it will, it will be like BAM! At least you have a good sense of humour. Always important.

Good luck and welcome to the community!

great post, and good job!

try "switching things up" to get past your plateau.. different work outs, possibly a week of more calories before switching back to normal. your body has gotten used to what you're doing to it, so you need to confuse it a little before you'll start losing weight again.

mmm your food sounds so good.. try cooking some stir-fry type stuff you can bring in to work. vegetables, maybe some rice and meat? it's easy to make (and if you make a whole-whole-lot at a time, it can last you a couple of weeks) and it tastes goooooood.

I can also give you a quick lesson on how to make stir-fried rice (hibachi style), if you're interested.
