A love and hate relationship

I just love it when I've worked my body so hard that it aches the next day. I ran 6miles yesterday feeling good about myself.

My new exercise routine is:
3m run
6m run
3m run
6m run
3m run
REST
REST
+ Ab crunches each morning.

Restricting at the moment, fruit fruit fruit veges veges veges
YAY
Feeling thin today.. first time in forever, I MUST keep strong.
