„Welcome home.“ Noemi took Jenny‘s coat while Melvin checked the house for any kind of danger. Jenny was used to this procedure and often she wouldn‘t even notice it.
Today was different. This homecoming had felt strange all the way home from the airport.
It had taken her some time to figure out what was different but when she‘s finally alone pouring herself a drink and thinking about the man, charming and dangerous, who‘d whispered sweet words to her, she realized that she had left her heart in Paris once again; only this time she probably won‘t get it back.
