NEdit

At work, I was introduced to a nice editor for UNIX -- NEdit. It's most interesting feature, is that it works in client-server mode: you run the client program from terminal, and it just tells the server to open the specified file, and immediataly exits. That way your terminal stays free, and doesn't get cluttered with multiple background ( Read more... )

I don't know who the author is (selfnote: gotta ask on forums). What I do know though, is that the person who made them is very talented and likes Namie very much. I wish I could draw something like that =)
